Welcome to our empowering support group focused on improving Metabolic & Brain Health. This group is designed to provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals seeking to improve their health and well-being. You’ll receive nutritional counseling and coaching that focus’ on improved energy, weight loss, improved sleep, positive mood and overall better health.
Whether you’re struggling with metabolic health issues such as low energy, high blood pressure, diabetes, pre-diabetes, excessive weight, brain fog, memory issues, mild to moderate depression and/or anxiety, our group is here to support you on your journey to better health.

WHY JOIN OUR SUPPORT GROUP?
EXPERT GUIDANCE: The group is led by Sara Burns, MSW, Cert. Brain Health Coach. Sara furthered her training with Dr. Georgia Ede, a Harvard trained psychiatrist who uses food therapeutically as well as the Society of Metabolic Health on nutrition.
PEER SUPPORT: The group is an opportunity to connect and create community of like-minded individuals who are also striving to change their life-style to improve their brain and metabolic health. The group will be a safe space to share your experiences, learn from others, and receive encouragement and motivation to stay on track for improving your health.
HOLISTIC APPROACH: Sara will provide on strategies that integrate nutrition, stress management, mindfulness techniques and other lifestyle factors to help you achieve comprehensive health optimization.
EDUCATION AND RESOURCES: The group will offers valuable educational resources and tools to empower you with knowledge and skills to optimize brain and metabolic health.
GOAL SETTING AND ACCOUNTABILITY: Helping you to stay motivated and committed to your journey, the group provides a structured framework for setting and tracking your health goals.
SAFE AND CONFIDENTIAL SPACE: This caring community will encourage sharing about your challenges while making lifestyle changes and your concerns related to your health issues. The groups are limited to a maximum of 10 participants so you will feel more free to actively share in the group.
AFFORDABLE COST: The cost of $350.00 covers weekly sessions for 1 month.
Invoices can be provided that your insurance may or may not cover. It’s recommended that you reach out to your doctor for a recommendation that can further support the possibility of insurance covering the group cost. Upon request, a letter of recommendation can be provided to you requesting insurance coverage that your physician can use.
